Return & Refund Policy

At Anku Plants, we take great care in growing, inspecting, and packaging every plant before dispatch. As plants are living products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Unhealthy Plants

If your plant arrives damaged, severely unhealthy, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the plant
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement plant, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not generally accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect plant selection by the customer
  • Minor natural variations in size, shape, colour, or growth pattern
  • Damage caused by improper care after delivery

Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The plant arrives severely damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The plant arrives dead or in an unusable condition

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Natural Variation Disclaimer

Every plant is unique. Variations in height, leaf count, colour, shape, and growth pattern are natural and should be expected. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
