Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–8 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.

Plant Packaging

Every plant is carefully inspected, watered appropriately, and securely packed to minimize movement and protect it during transit.

Despite our best efforts, minor soil displacement or slight cosmetic changes may occur during shipping and do not affect plant health.

Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Unavailability of the recipient

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Courier service issues
  • Festivals and public holidays

Anku Plants is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the plant
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through email or SMS, where available.
